      BRISTOW SOCIAL SERVICES

Bristow Social Services has been providing services to those in need since 1989

                                      What We Do

      BRISTOW SOCIAL SERVICES

was the “brainchild” of The Bristow Ministerial Alliance (BMA) a faith-based organization of area churches coming together and meeting social needs throughout the community.  BMA has been active for over 20 years and continues to serve community needs.  In 1986, BMA received and administered funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) throughout western and southern Creek County.  Through this and other efforts, the need for a centralized social service delivery system became apparent and Bristow Social Services was formed under the auspice of BMA.  On 3/15/1989, Bristow Social Services became incorporated and on 2/14/1990, the corporation received status as a 501(c)(3) Not-For-Profit Organization.  Bristow Social Services became a TAUW Member Agency in 1993.  Bristow Social Services continues to work closely with the BMA serving the needs of its community.

      Our Humble History
      Our Mission

To be the primary coordinator and provider of life crisis services in Bristow and the surrounding areas by providing food, clothing, utility, prescription, senior assistance, disaster relief and emergency financial assistance.
